PROCESSING TIME

After receiving the orders we process them within 24-72 working hours, including fulfillment, secure packaging, and shipment preparation. Customs fees and taxes in different regions are covered by Vilmarie.

We hope you are happy with your new treasure. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60-day of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by contacting us at info@vilmarie.com

RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 60-day return period during which you can return the products without providing any reason. These 60-day start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within this period.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, unworn. Shipping costs and payment processing fees (2.5% of the order total) are non-refundable.

RETURN COST

Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you return your package.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when you register your return, we will immediately begin processing it. This ensures that your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. On the tracking information that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on, the 10 working days begin. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note that it can take up to 3 working days before the refund is visible in your bank account.
