The full length of the Lumière, including the adjustable strap, is 21 cm (8.3 inches). This length ensures it can fit a wide range of wrist sizes comfortably.

Absolutely! The size of the watch is fully adjustable and designed to fit all wrist sizes, including the smallest ones. It comes with an adjustable strap that ensures a perfect fit, no matter how small your wrist is. Many of our customers with tiny wrists have found it to be a perfect match.

You can easily adjust it yourself using the adjustment tool that comes with the watch.
In the watch box you will find a card with a QR code that will show you how to adjust the strap, quickly and easily.

We send out an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order so that you can make sure to have a receipt. If you didn't receive one, and it's not in your spam folder, it's possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. If you haven't received your package in the estimated shipping times in the above section, it may have been lost in transit or stuck in customs. Please email us at info@vilmarie.com so we can personally take care of your situation and get your items delivered as soon as possibile!
If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping tracking page, we are not responsible for missing parcels but contact us and we'll do our best to help you and give recommendations on what you can do.
